If the artwork you submit does not adhere to our guidelines, we will contact you once, and if you do not respond to our request, we will either fulfill your order within the limitations of your artwork, or we will cancel your order. Please note that there are no refunds or exchanges on custom artwork.

The 1" size is the most popular and can accommodate all basic artwork, such as a logo or monogram. However, this size is not suitable for complex detailed artwork like a Family Crest or large amounts of text (no more than 6-7 letters). Examples of suitable artwork are shown under more images.
